The concrete deck has been poured on the 41st Street bridge, and work is under way on the bridge railings and approaches. The north bridge railing is in forms, and part of the reinforcing rod structure has been installed for the south railing. Paving also is nearing completion on the approaches, which have been curbed and received all but the final asphalt surface. The city of Tulsa has begun installing traffic signals at the bridge, as evidenced by the signal at the eastbound frontage road in the distance. Photograph taken October 12, 1985.
