The Keystone Expressway begins at the Inner Dispersal Loop and travels west through Sand Springs, acoss Keystone Lake and terminates at the Cimarron Turnpike. Two highways, U.S. 64 and S.H. 51, travel the expressway from Tulsa to S.H. 97 in Sand Springs, at which point S.H. 51 crosses the Arkansas River with S.H. 97 and continues west from that point on the south bank. U.S. 64 continues west on the north bank and exits at the Cimarron Turnpike. The expressway is six lanes from the Inner Dispersal Loop to Adams Avenue in Sand Springs, at which point it becomes four lanes. This view is looking west from near I-244.
