The Broken Arrow Expressway begins its descent into the Southeast Interchange of the Inner Dispersal Loop near St. Louis Avenue. This section of the expressway is eight lanes but it becomes six lanes at Utica Avenue. For westbound traffic, the right lane from Utica Avenue becomes an exit-only lane to northbound U.S. 75, and the next lane is an exit-only to "Detroit Avenue" and "Tulsa Junior College." The expressway briefly is two lanes until the southbound U.S. 75 ramp merges in west of the interchange.
