The westbound Broken Arrow Expressway bridge over Irvington Avenue is shown following the reconstruction project. The bridge now has three lanes, a wide outside shoulder and a much smoother driving surface. Additional concrete barrier walls were poured along the expressway. The eastbound Broken Arrow Expressway bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad can be seen in the distance. This photograph was taken May 15, 1995.
