This view shows the Keystone Expressway looking east from Union Avenue. The Northwest Interchange of the Inner Dispersal Loop is in the background, and the Quanah Avenue exit is in the foreground. The sign for traffic heading onto eastbound I-244 indicates an exit for Haskell Place, as the Osage Expressway now terminates at that street. A 1983 bond issue project, tentatively scheduled to begin in 1986, will extend the expressway to Apache Street. Smaller signs show motorists how to access U.S. 75, which travels the east and south legs of the Inner Dispersal Loop. This photograph was taken December 23, 1985.
