The 61st Street and Harvard Avenue intersection is quiet on an early weekend morning. The intersection was widened to four lanes and a left-turn lane on each approach. This view is looking west on 61st Street, which narrows to two lanes around the corner. This widening project was funded by the 1985 sales tax, and no other projects are funded on 61st Street at this time. This photograph was taken March 3, 1990.
