The 61st Street and Harvard Avenue intersection will be widened as part of the 61st Street widening project between Harvard and Sandusky avenues. The intersection has four lanes on the north approach and three lanes on the remaining approaches. The new intersection will have four lanes on each approach with left-turn lanes. This view, looking north, shows two lanes for northbound traffic and one lane for southbound traffic. The intersection is residential on all four corners. This photograph was taken May 26, 1986.
