Paving is nearing completion on 61st Street between Pittsburgh and Sandusky Avenues, and the street now is open to two-way traffic in this area. The road still needs a final asphalt overlay before it can be striped. Sidewalks are under way, and some grass is growing in the landscaping beds of the new wall in front of Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church. This photograph was taken July 29, 1989.
