The 61st Street and Harvard Avenue intersection and section of 61st Street are seen during a quiet moment. Utility work is under way on the 61st Street widening project between Harvard and Sandusky avenues. However, there isn't much utility work being done on 61st Street because most of the utility lines already are in place for the four-lane roadway. The main utility work is concentrated at the 61st Street and Harvard Avenue intersection, where new utility lines are being installed on the west side of Harvard Avenue. This photograph was taken November 1, 1988.
