Description	Downtown Tulsa stands tall over the Broken Arrow Expressway, the downtown area’s newest expressway. This view is looking north from the Cincinnati Avenue bridge, which connects downtown with the expressway and 18th and 21st streets, as well as Riverside Drive via 21st Street.
