Left-turn signals now operate at 91st Street and Delaware Avenue, and traffic flow has improved substantially at the intersection, which opened about three weeks ago. The permanent traffic signals were put into operation at that time, but the left-turn signals did not operate until the traffic signal sensors were installed last week. The eastbound left-turn signal's sensor location can be seen as a "white" area in the left-turn lane. This photograph was taken March 28, 1986.
