Dirt work continues on the northbound lanes of Delaware Avenue north of 91st Street. This view gives a perspective of the difference in elevation of the new and old pavement at the intersection, with the new elevation being that of the concrete in the foreground. Despite the construction, congestion hasn't been too bad at the site, and no additional left-turn restrictions have been imposed. This photograph was taken October 25, 1986.
