The detours are open at 91st Street and Delaware Avenue, and 91st Street has a snaking detour through the project. At Tulsa Southern Tennis Club, the detour is on the south side of the street but then switches to the north side just west of the club. Part of the original street has been removed near the club, and the eastbound lanes of 91st Street, east of Delaware Avenue, also have been removed, including the small bridge. Storm sewer work is under way in this area. A new traffic signal consisting of a green pole, mast arm and two signals has been installed for southbound traffic, which replaces the cable signal installed two weeks ago.
