Traffic has been narrowed to one inside lane each direction on the Broken Arrow Expressway at Harvard Avenue, and bridge deck removal on the westbound bridge is in full force. The east half of the closed deck portion has been removed down to the piers, and similar work is beginning on the eastbound bridge.Harvard Avenue traffic is one lane each way on the southbound lanes, and the traffic signals have been deactivated for the duration of the project.Traffic on the exit ramps will not be allowed to turn left onto Harvard Avenue.
