Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; 21st Street; Road construction
Description	Traffic congestion is history at 21st Street and Memorial Drive following completion of the widening project. The east approach was rebuilt with four new lanes, an expanded left-turn lane and a right-turn lane. Right-turn lanes also were added for eastbound and southbound traffic. Photograph taken June 8, 1986.
