Subject	Bridges; 21st Street; Boulder Avenue; Construction
Description	Construction has begun at 21st Street and Boulder Drive with the closure and removal of the eastbound lanes and the approach to the 21st Street bridge, which are being broken up. One lane (eastbound) is open on the west approach and two lanes on the east approach are open, with the westbound lane being a right-turn lane to northbound Boulder Drive. The traffic signal is in "flash" mode and should be removed soon. Photograph taken June 29, 1984.
