Paving is progressing at 21st Street and Boulder Drive. This view, looking west from near Main Street, shows most of the paving complete (except for one gap) on the eastbound lanes of 21st Street, including the ramp from eastbound 21st Street to northbound Riverside Drive. The westbound lanes between Boulder Drive and the bridge soon will be paved. The new south approach at 21st Street and Boulder Drive also has been paved.
