Subject	Arkansas River; Tulsa (Okla.) -- History
Description	The Arkansas River was low enough in early May 1986 that a trip was possible to the island near 61st Street. At this time, the water was flowing west of the island, so there was no problem accessing the island from the east bank. This view is looking south with the 71st Street bridge in the distance. Photograph taken May 2, 1986.
