Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams
Description	The floodgates have been closed, and water now flows over the dam to create a waterfall along the east end of the dam. The fountain is not operating, but a little water can be seen coming out of the pipes in the river. Photograph taken September 1, 1983.
