Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams
Description	This view shows the Arkansas River looking north toward the 21st Street bridge. At this time, the bridge is closed to through traffic because work is under way to replace the 23rd Street railroad bridge west of the river. Upon completion of the railroad bridge later this year, work then will begin on redecking the 21st Street bridge. Photograph taken January 16, 1983.
