Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams; Pedestrian bridge
Description	The east portion of the low water dam has been completed, and water now flows through this section. The two floodgates, which are open, are shown, as well as the pump house and fish ladder. A walkway extends from the pedestrian bridge to the south. Photograph taken December 18, 1982.
