Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams; Construction
Description	The future fountain at the low water dam is taking shape, and work is nearing completion on this section of the dam. There is one gap of the dam (at left) that remains to be poured in this section. The water level from the June flood can be seen on the concrete wall in the background (note the dark area about halfway up the wall). The triangle-shaped structure will house restrooms. Photograph taken November 6, 1982.
