Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams; Pedestrian bridge
Description	The Arkansas River is only a few inches deep at the pedestrian bridge. This view shows one of the final pier footings that will be repaired after the river is diverted later this year. A piece of steel from the original bridge construction can be seen lying under the water by the pier. Photograph taken October 23, 1982.
