Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Arkansas River; Bridges; Dams; Pedestrian Bridge; Midland Valley Railroad; Trails & paths
Description	This view shows the two floodgates being built at the east end of the dam. The center floodgate tower is being poured. Adjacent to the Pedestrian Bridge in the distance is the observation platform where previous photos have been taken. The platform is part of the bicycle ramp connecting the Midland Valley Railroad trail with the main River Parks trail. Photograph taken April 24, 1982.
