Subject	Arkansas River; Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Bridges
Description	This view shows the Arkansas River looking north from the new eastbound I-44 bridge. The Pedestrian Bridge and low water dam, as well as the 21st Street bridge and downtown, are visible in the distance. The concrete wall in the foreground is the temporary divider for the westbound I-44 bridge, which presently carries traffic for both directions. The wall will be removed after the eastbound bridge opens. Photograph taken September 10, 1983.
