The 71st Street and Yale Avenue intersection partially reopened in early January 1984 with traffic utilizing temporary pavement on the eastbound and northbound lanes of the west and south approaches, respectively, with no access to the north or east. In mid January, 71st Street reopened to two-way traffic through the intersection, and a temporary traffic signal was installed. Tulsa received another dumping of snow as seen in this view looking north toward 71st Street. Photograph taken January 20, 1984.
