Title	Polecat Creek Bridge
Subject	Tulsa (Okla.) -- History; Road Construction; Bridges
Description	The 33rd West Avenue bridge over Polecat Creek is one of Tulsa County’s classic bridges. The bridge, which was built in 1910, has a two-ton lead limit. The rusty-colored bridge also has a wooden deck, which most Tulsa County bridges do not have, and also has various steel patterns in the superstructure. There are no plans to replace this bridge, but officials hope the street can be rerouted to preserve the bridge, if it is someday replaced. Photograph taken June 4, 1985.
