The 41st Street and Harvard Avenue intersection received a new northbound set of signals in 1987, followed by the remaining three sets in 1994. The old green poles still stand from the 1994 conversion. In 1988, the intersection was resurfaced and received a new northbound left-turn median. The old surface was quite rough, as the last resurfacing project was completed in 1975. No additional improvements are planned at this time. Photo taken July 1994.
