The Boulder Avenue bridge over the Burlington Northern Railroad has received new bridge railings, which have filled in the sections where buildings once abutted the bridge. The railings were installed in vacant areas on both sides of the bridge and will remain until the bridge eventually is rebuilt. No funds are available for that project at this time. This view is looking east from Cheyenne Avenue, with the Main Street bridge the next one shown. Photograph taken March 1988.
