The 61st Street and 129th East Avenue intersection is Tulsa's farthest south intersection on 129th East Avenue, as the intersection is the city limit between Tulsa and Broken Arrow (note the two different street signs on the southwest (Tulsa) and southeast (Broken Arrow) corners). There are no plans to widen the intersection, but the former rough railroad crossings to the south and west were repaired in 1985. The intersection also has no development on any immediate corner. Photograph taken July 1985.
