An isolated dust storm drifts across the 41st Street and Garnett Road intersection during street-sweeping operations Friday. The machine at right is sweeping lanes on the intersection's southeast corner to preprare them for striping and opening. The dust cloud was so thick that it temporarely made vehicles on Garnett Road difficult to see. In the foreground is the freshly-paved northeast corner of the intersection proper, which was the last portion of the intersection to be paved. Photograph taken August 22, 1986.
