Utility relocation is under way at the 41st Street and Garnett Road intersection and on 41st Street between Garnett Road and the Mingo Valley Expressway. The intersection, which is one of seven intersection projects to be funded by the 1983 bond issue, has two lanes on each approach and has express right-turn lanes on the two southern corners. The section of 41st Street also is two lanes. This view, looking west, shows utility work under way on 41st Street and some preliminary dirt work.
