Paving is complete on the eastbound lanes of 31st Street at Mingo Road, and work is under way on pouring the eastbound left-turn median. The westbound and northbound medians also are complete. In the near future, traffic will be switched to these lanes to allow repaving of the northwest quadrant of the intersection. On 31st Street, a traffic switchover soon will occur between Mingo Creek and 90th East Avenue. An asphalt approach has been built to connect the new street to the original pavement, and this switchover will allow work to begin on rebuilding the eastbound lanes through the area.
