Curbs are being installed on the northeast section of the 31st Street and Mingo Road intersection. The roadbed for the westbound lanes between Mingo Road and the Mingo Creek bridge has been leveled, and paving soon should begin on this section. The permanent traffic signals also have been installed at the intersection, but they are on a timed cycle. Left turns are banned from 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. weekdays.
