Dirt work is under way on the southbound lanes of 129th East Avenue at Admiral Place. Storm sewer boxes are being built in the center of the street, as evidenced by the structure (vertical pieces) rising from the ground. The new intersection will be lower than its predecessor. In the distance, dirt work is continuing on the northbound lanes of 129th East Avenue between 11th Street and I-44. This photograph was taken April 9, 1988.
