Traffic has been switched over to the southbound lanes on 129th East Avenue on the south approach at 21st Street, and dirt work is under way on the northbound lanes of this section. The northbound lanes have been paved on the north approach, while the southbound lanes still are asphalt. The intersection's completed approaches will be concrete, and it is unknown at this time if the section between 21st Street and I-244 will be concrete or asphalt with a concrete curb/gutter, which is the design used on 21st Street between Garnett Road and 137th East Avenue.
