A utility bridge at Admiral Place is the first project to be built for the actual widening of I-44 through Tulsa. The utility bridge will be built just south of the Admiral Place bridges and will carry utilities that presently are attached to those bridges. The Admiral Place bridges will be demolished and replaced as part of the I-44 widening project. This view is looking east on I-44 from 129th East Avenue, with the Admiral Place bridges in the foreground and the I-244 east interchange in the distance. Photograph taken November 1, 1988.
