Farrar, and A. H. Gibson were delegates selected to attend a non-partisan statehood convention, held in Oklahoma City in 1905. Colonel John Freeman, "The Old Wheel Horse" in the republican ranks, was up from Hominy Monday, meeting some of his old friends.
