Cherokee Indian group photograph taken on ground near Hominy Creek west of Skiatook. This picture was reproduced in the Indian Republican, 1900. The Republican was the oldest paper in Tulsa. This group later held a dance on the ground east of Sperry, Indian Territory on Bird Creek. Joe Gaskin, standing in center, worked for Spybuck.
