Reception honoring Lillian M.N. Stevens and Anna Gordon, respectively, the National President and Vice-President of the WCTU (Woman's Christian Temperance Union). The event was hosted by the Tulsa WCTU, Lilah Lindsey, President. A parade from the Brady Hotel was followed by the reception at the home of Mrs. Samuel C. Davis.
