Shows the interior of the Ritz Theater during Tulsa's $1,000,000 War Bond drive in 1942. A military detachment (possibly VFW or other military fraternal organization) entering the theater to post the colors prior to a showing of Mrs. Miniver . The theater was one of the great old movie houses of Tulsa, and had a cloud machine that projected clouds on the ceiling before and during the show.
