Portrait of Prier L. Price. Merchant who visited Tulsa in 1883, then returned to start a business with Mr. Gilette. Later he made his living pumping sand out of the Arkansas River and was a member of the Tulsa City Council and one of the signers of the City Charter. He also was one of the charter members of the Tulsa School Board.
